I am a warm, non-judgmental qualified therapist.
What brings you here can be explored together, at your pace, and in a way that works for you.
I take a Person-Centred approach, meaning you and your experiences are at the very centre of how we work together.
I can offer you a safe, supportive and confidential space.
Whatever you bring here will be met with care and compassion.
This list is not exhaustive, but hopefully gives you a sense of my professional experience.
Sometimes things can feel beyond words. In these moments, I can utilise Experiential training to offer something grounding and connected to the present moment.
I also have experience supporting clients interested in using art materials to express more conceptual thinking. I am currently researching and exploring arts-based approaches at Masters level.
As your therapist, I understand you might be seeking different perspectives. I can help you explore your situation, creatively and positively, towards empowerment.
Much of my professional experience has been centred around working with children, young people and families.
I am interested in the formative conditions in which we grow and develop and how these present in adulthood.
Working with adults across the third sector has deepened my understanding of complex, myriad realities. These experiences cemented my belief in the inherent value of others.
